Phoenix Flames - Terms & Conditions


By placing an order with Phoenix Flames, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Retail Orders :

  • Payment Terms - 

  • All retail orders must be paid for in full before order processing and dispatch

  • Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment is received


  • Order Processing & Dispatch -

  • Retail orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination and courier partner


  • Returns & Refunds -

  • Due to the nature of our products , all retail sales are final

  • No returns , exchanges , or refunds will be accepted unless the product is received in a damaged condition

  • Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery , along with clear videos of the package and product


2. Candle Raw Material & Equipments :

  • Availability & Pre-Orders - 

  • Most raw materials , including waxes , fragrance oils , containers , and candle-making equipment , are supplied on a pre-order basis

  • Product availability may vary depending on stock levels and supplier availability

  • Orders are generally fulfilled within 3-7 working days


  • Shipping & Logistics -

  • Orders placed directly through the website will be shipped using the shipping method automatically calculated by the website at checkout

  • Customers placing larger orders through WhatsApp , or direct enquiry may be offered alternative transport options that may result in lower shipping costs

  • Shipping charges for such orders will be communicated and confirmed before dispatch


  • Returns & Refunds -

  • Due to the nature of our products , all retail sales are final

  • No returns , exchanges , or refunds will be accepted unless the product is received in a damaged condition

  • Order Confirmation -

  • Production and procurement of pre-order items will begin only after payment confirmation

  • Once confirmed , cancellations may not be possible for specially procured or customized items


3. Bulk Orders & Private Labelling :

  • Customization Requirements - 

  • Customers must clearly communicate all customization requirements at the time of order placement


  • Availability -

  • Phoenix Flames reserves the right to suggest suitable alternatives if requested materials or components are unavailable


  • Production Timeline - 

  • Bulk and private-label orders are manufactured specifically for each customer

  • Standard production timelines range between 15-20 working days from the date of order confirmation and approval of all customization details

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order volume , customization complexity , and material availability


  • Approval Responsibility -

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all label designs , artwork , and branding materials before production begins


  • Payment Terms - 

  • Bulk and private-label orders may require advance payment or a mutually agreed payment schedule before production begins

  • Production will commence only after receipt of the agreed payment
